PIR meeting feedback
We had our daughters pre inquest hearing on Friday and Helen Royles-Jones represented us. She understood this was such a difficult time for us and met with us the day before to explain her role and put us at ease. On the day of the hearing, Helen was amazing. She came across as knowledgeable, supportive and had an amazing attitude and it showed she had our best interests at heart. Both myself and my partner were impressed and would like to thank her for what she did for us.
