This company is an absolute scam
This company is an absolute scam. Do not waste your time or your money. All you will get is empty promises and in the end you still won’t have a key that works. I ordered a key on 12/27. Was supposed to ship in 5-7 business days. I had called to check with promises of an email back on when my order would ship. It never came. I left messages with their customer service email. Never returned. Waited in line for 30 minutes to finally get someone again and all they could tell me after 3 weeks was that my order was delayed. Not where I was in line. Not when I would receive it, not anything remotely helpful. I finally had to dispute the charge w my credit card company to get a refund. Since every time I called I was always more than -0 people back in their customer service line, it doesn’t appear that they actually ship keys to anyone, but rather they take your money and string you along. Please don’t make the mistake I made and skip this scam of a company.
