Terrible service. Company offers a money back guarantee that they do not honor. The staff aren’t based in California and the service is comparable to a conveyor belt lacking passion and interest for your brand. Sales people work harder than the creative team. When asking where they are based they will not tell you. When asking for the owners contact info they will not tell you.
