Horrible Delivery App
This order is not the first issue we've had. Previously we placed an order, the driver drove all the way there to pick it up, but the location was closed. I ended up tipping the driver $10 because I felt bad that he wasted his time. No where on the app did it say that the restaurant was closed and not accepting orders. Tonight, I placed an order at 6:30/6:45 that was set to be delivered at ~7:10pm. The driver checked in at the restaurant, but somehow didn't place the order. It then switched to a different driver who wouldn't be able to make it there before the restaurant closed. It's now been an hour and a half and I'm just now realizing this and having to make other dinner plans. Very upsetting.
