Poor customer service Trust
Poor customer service - attitude From my initial contact with them to purchased my car scrap a given them reg/ model agreed a price & collection date. The sales agent reminded me for whatever reasons i cancel they will a charge a cancellation , phoned me up and said they had wrong model number could not buy my at agreed price only if reduced , wanted to speak to agent who handled my call .he is on holiday how convenient, wasted my time i would not recommend this company
