No surge pricing is the real deal — tested it
I deliberately tried to book a ride in Miami during a Heat game let-out, fully expecting a surge. The quote was the same flat rate I'd gotten that morning for the same route. I even screenshotted both and compared. Other apps would've charged me 3x. I'm a convert.
