Great company. Easy to book, reasonable price and great transfer to collect and drop off vehicle, lovely helpful staff. The staff at the drop off location even dropped us back to the airport in our hired van rather than make us off load 8 people and all the bags, and wait for another transfer vehicle. Terrible communication and everyone else’s fault when you complain, no apologies just rude. Ordered a part on line, chased for a response to be told would be there the following week. A month later didn’t arrive, then I received an email refunding the amount from PayPal, when I emailed them and asked why I haven’t been informed the order was cancelled I was told “they simply didn’t have the time” to let me know. Shortly afterwards I received an email from their accounts department saying that my original payment method wasn't valid and giving instructions of how to pay by BACS!! - There are a number of other parts companies out there so do a bit of homework before ordering from these guys.
