Disgusting We made an agreement with you to pay the bill at a different date and you took the money whenever you fancy that putting me in overdraft and damaging my credit history what was the point of that when we agreed a date? Now I have to pay charges left and right and my credit history is permanently damaged. Avoid this company customer service is useless

Corrupt and not impartial Those agents act in favour of the big companies knowing that they are protected. They sell us out taking side and they call this impartial. Report this to the government Edited after the response You did not consider valid the evidence and the time wasted only because i suspect the big companies sponsor you i had 3 cases all with the same ending i can confirm that your system is corrupt and NOT impartial but always favours those company and let customers lose a fortune as you do not ever find a fair resolution. I hope i have covered all your points here. Lies will soon get discovered as like me thousand of people claim exactly the same. Be ashamed rather than give silly reply
