A little communication would be nice!
Liked I could get a discontinued ogee bracket's. But confirmation email says they would contact me within 1-3 business days with delivery details. No dispatch notification nor information that it was going to be delivered what so ever! Had to ring customer services on day 4 to find out it was loaded on van at local branch be delivered within a few hours.
