Changed my life!
I have struggled with back pain for over 25 years. I have had multiple injections, used traction, massage, chiropractors, and have missed multiplel days from work. I literally laid in the back of a vehicle 200 miles to stand and watch my son's swim meet because i could not sit due to back pain. I am a RN and I was to the point of having an appointment with a neuro surgeon. I found Core Balance Training on Facebook and read about it. Thought what do I have to lose. I would have pain thousands of dollars for someone to help me feel the way I do after 12 weeks of this program. I am walking 5 miles a day, working,and taking care of my grandbaby without back pain. The concepts I have learned are always in the back of my mind and help me with my everyday life. I am so thankful for Dr Peebles and his program. It was clear, organized and so helpful. I was continually amazed at how Dr. Peebles would promptly answer questions. He truly cares about his clients. If you are willing to put even 15 minutes a day into your back health, you will not regret it. Thank you again for Core Balance Training, it literally changed my life.
