Excellent customer service
I’ve just renewed my Voneus contract for another 12 months and upgraded my broadband from 500Mbps to 900Mbps. My router needed a reboot and a few tests needed to be completed, but Brandon was extremely thorough throughout the process and explained each step clearly.
