HORRIBLE interview process!!!
Was given a chance to interview with this company for a remote customer service job, only to be met with a panel of people that absolutely grilled me for an HOUR AND A HALF. Every answer I gave was not good enough as it seems they wanted to dive extremely deep into the who, what, when, where, and why I gave that answer. I felt like I was at a therapy appointment! I was surprised they also didn't ask about my parents and what kind of trauma I may have suffered growing up in order to become the person that I am today who would make these kinds of decisions in the workplace. Absolutely degrading and judgmental for an entry level $17 an hour job. It was unreal. I left the interview feeling like a failure as person. I've never experienced anything like that. Of course, they ended up not offering me the job because I didn't meet their unreachable standards of a measly customer service person. I probably dodged a bullet anyway. Can you imagine what it would be like to work for these kinds of people day in and day out?
