Online shopping. Eventually my parcel arrived (15 days) and it was the wrong item. I rang and was advised to send email with order number and photos of incorrect item. I sent details and was asked if I wanted to return it to a local store (I shop on line as I DON’T have a local store) or get a return postage slip. Opted for postal slip to return to local post office. Just received another email asking for order number??? Don’t they even read emails??? Terrible experience!
