Constant manual authorization
Out of my first three orders, two were flagged for "manual authorization" with no explanation. Emailing support fixed it, but they refused to provide any reason and just send you a canned response without actually addressing the content of your "ticket". Not worth saving a few dollars to be treated like you did something wrong and having to email support each time you make a purchase. I will likely just go through Steam directly going forward.
