Disappointed to say the least
Disappointed to say the least. I had to cancel my holiday at the last moment due to illness, I submitted a claim but after weeks of delays, phone calls and broken promises I received only a fraction of the amount claimed. No Doctor's fee payment, no payment for my wife's cancelled holiday, my wife was expected to go on holiday and leave me seriously ill in bed and policy excess left me out of pocket.
