Can’t be trusted to value property
This estate agent in Sawbo can’t value houses for toffee. Put one house on the market 5 bed at £800 and then another one exactly the same for £670. Also another 5 bed which is different on the same development for £954 on Terlings Park. Literally pulling figures out of the sky for quick sales. Useless !!
