NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE
I have never come across a travel company like this before, I wish now I had read reviews before booking with them. Nothing is forthcoming, you have to chase them for every scrap of information and I keep been fobbed off with them saying it will be sent but now two weeks before I have to pay the final balance I am still waiting for travel details. Its a shame because they have so many good cruises which I would love to book but after this experience its very unlikely unless a miracle happens that I would.
