Turning things around
I could write a novel about the horrible experiences that I have had with eCapital, much like that of the other reviews that I have read here (total nightmare), but this review is about the experience that I am now having with a gentleman named Justin. Justin has been extremely professional, accommodating and helpful. He has thoroughly explained our options and been very supportive. Before Justin, I had very few nice things to say about the customer service with eCapital. I'm hoping that everyone at eCapital will begin to treat customers as Justin does! For the first time in a very long time, I'm finally ok with doing business with this company and am hopeful that they are actually turning things around. Thank you Justin!
