Complete lack of communication
Complete lack of communication. I ordered on 18th October from Germany (which apparently takes 2-5 days for delivery) and heard nothing for 2 weeks. I then called and was told it would get chased up and I would get a call back. That never happened. In total I called 4 times and was always told that someone would contact me the next day. I understand postal issues but communication is key to keep customers informed. I was also told by the first customer service agent that I could choose between a refund or re-delivery and was then told that it would not be possible to get a refund. I finally received the order a month later 2 days after I had said I do not want a re-delivery. So they had gone ahead and resent the order after I had asked for a refund. I should have started a PayPal dispute and got my refund weeks ago so I could order from a business who value their customers.
