Update: I note your reply below. Please find out from your colleagues what we discussed. It is one of your customer service challenge. You are not abreast of what is happening internal so concort disconnected replies. Your reply is generic, irrelevant, disconnected and not up to speed with resolution discussion currently going on. Let your Complaints Team update you please. ------------------ Some progress being made about Stonebridge A C removing me from my course contrary to understanding. From Customer Service to Escalations to Complaint. The actions are not prompt. I had to re-enrol and lost a course were I was 2/3rd done. I will be back here to edit review once resolved. Blessing
