Wormy choceur hazelnut chocolate…
I purchased choceur hazelnut chocolate block. The product was full and I mean full of worms. I had the misfortune of eating some. I emailed aldi with details and photos and videos and my response was that the worm are not harmful and with proof of purchase they would refund me. I was hoping for further investigation and a possible recall of the item. I then received a letter in the mail telling me to go to an aldi store with the letter to receive my refund of $2:99. Absolutely disgusting service. Happy to share the video! If anyone reading this has the power to spread this story I urge you to. I have kept photos, videos and proof of all communication with Aldi.
