Unhappy Long Tme Customer
I ordered coffee on 11/22/24. On 11/25, I was notified that the coffee was on it's way. On 12/4, I inquired as to when I was going to receive the coffee. I was told it would be delivered by Dec. 6. I inquired again on 12/7/ and was told they would send another shipment. I received the coffee. On 12/13, I received a second shipment. I let Kelly know that. She said I had to send it back. I asked if she could schedule a pick up from my house and she couldn't do that. So, I had to bring it to a store to ship it back. I asked for a discount on my next order and I never received a response. I have ordered coffee from them for years. So, I will be looking for a new coffee company in the future.
