Horrible customer service
They kept telling me different things, such as, they can’t ship it to me, it has already been shipped to me, and that they will ship in a few days. Two weeks ago I got an email saying they’ve shipped it but I asked for my tracking number the other day and today they’ve said they haven’t shipped it. They don’t know what they are doing and I don’t know if I’ll even get my crate at this point.😞 When I asked for a refund they just avoided it. It’s been two months since I’ve ordered.
