Disappointing communication
After I placed an order on Dustin Home Denmark on 5th of September I received an email mentioning the delivery time "1–2 hverdage forudsat at produkterne er på lager." which is totally fair and allows me to think that delivery date is unknown, there is nothing to expect. But then I receive a follow up emails from the company: 1st email on 6th of September "Forventet på lager: 19-09-2022" - okay, I know that I'll get my parcel somewhere by 20-21st of September, that's fine. Then I get another email on 22d of September "Forventet på lager: 26-09-2022" - well, I can wait. BUT now, on 28th of September, 23 days since my order was placed, I still don't have my package delivered nor any new information about when I should expect the delivery! On other hand I can order the product from any other site today (before 14:00-16:00) and receive it already tomorrow. What is wrong with your procurement, Dustin Home? How long more are you planning to hold my payment? UPD: Finally received the product on 29th of September. Everything is fine with the product itself. Though experience in relation to the customer support and communication remains unchanged.
