I had Richard an Engineer from Monarch over to fix an issue with one of their water softeners. I received a text the evening before giving approximate time of his arrival. Arrived early, extremely professional and resolved the issue effortlessly.

Tanya Malik at PBM was very professional and helpful with an issue that I was having with a digital Post Box that PBM had procured and installed. Unfortunately when this new digital post box was not working for several weeks, PBM were not helpful and I felt that they did not care or want to resolve the issue. I was told that it was my issue and that I had to get a contractor out to replace an internal battery. No information provided on who the manufacturer of the post box was, the subcontractor details, they didn't understand that I couldn't open the damn door to replace the internal battery. It's easier for them to pass the responsibility to me the leaseholder to fix problems that PBM are paid extremely well in service charges to provide an excellent service. The amount of time that was wasted in emails between them, my estate Agent and me was horrendous. Not sure what the point of having a Caretaker on-site is if they don't have the training to resolve issues, instead of kicking the can down the road. Lucky for them Tanya picked up the last call I made to them, otherwise I would have given ZERO STAR if it was possible. PBM up your Game!
