STAY AWAY!!!!
I have booked a ticket to fly to the US through Travel House. My flight was due to leave in January 2025. Unfortunately, my flight did not take place due to extreme weather. The travel house has claimed they have asked for a refund that I am entitled to by law! It is now June, and I have been chasing this since March!! Simon Clarke has been dealing with it an been completely incompetent. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
