Excellent customer service!
Bought a great build from Cyberpower in October 2024. Ran smooth, no problems. I had a 4070ti super in my new new build that was giving a post code that said GPU fault. Opened a ticket with Cyberpower on Monday, who, after we tried to troubleshoot first on the off chance the GPU needed reseating, arranged to pick up the card and send a new one. They sent a refurbed 4090 under warrenty and the turn around was literally three days. The 4070 was picked up Thursday and the 4090 delivered Sat. Can't fault them, the customer service was really helpful and friendly and even provided instructions on how to remove the card, should I need them. New card works perfectly, and is even an upgrade on my other card. Ty Cyberpower, you went above and beyond with getting it sorted. (I absolutely reccommend buying the extra warrenty too for peace of mind.)
