Excellent Service
From the minute i clicked the buy order the process was so smooth. Soka communicated with me the order timeline. I had to contact them to delay delivery because i wasn’t moving in by when the order was schedule to arrive. Before they shipped they contacted me through email ad text to see if i was available for the delivery date. Communication was superb. The delivery process was extremely on point. The quality when they unpack the couch the bottom is cleared and you could see the quality materials. Leather is so soft and you feel the quality on the leather and cushions. I purchase the Domus sofa ad ottoman. Color is 100 percent accurate of what you see in the website. The only downside is i wish i had another living room to purchase another sofa. Excellent job Soka.
