Not cheap but a pleasant coffee alternative - personally I use it in Coconut Milk as I prefer it slightly sweeter and with a bit more body than with water (with or without their coconut oil power) Initially certainly felt the focus boost and coffee like lift, but have been drinking it for so long I no longer notice. Would be useful to know what a decent dose of the mushroom extracts equates to in cups of this stuff though. Been a subscriber for several months - bring back the 900gm refill bags!
