Stung with a £200 bill for ‘compulsory’…

Stung with a £200 bill for ‘compulsory’ third party insurance on arrival. Told by Booking.com I didn’t have to pay it and shouldn’t have. The email address in the below response to this review is also not working- delivery failed. Just pretending to be helpful.
