Rude and Patronising
Its great when things are going ok, but if something goes wrong then the staff are very rude We withdrew our sale with company in the end as i was disgusted in how someone spoke to me asking me to make a payment of £50 as i had to rearrange photographer, nothing was mentioned from the photographer or the sell my home, no terms and conditions I would have paid the fee had the agent on the phone not had been so rude and patronising There loss not ours Edit- hounded me with phone calls to the point I blocked all there means of contacting me, my review was and still is a true statement of what happened. Now they are trying to get the review removed as it’s apparently damaging
