SO BAD

I requested a refund after 14 days, but the app, rather cleverly, kept me on for another two days despite my request on the 14th day. they deactivated my account two days after I contacted them so to charge me the 39 euros. I am therefore requesting the refund, as I contacted them within the 14-day period. Also the app is very very BAD
