Where would I be without Paula Myers and her team — Jodie and Donna? Time has passed, but I’ll never forget the support they gave me during the most difficult time of my life. My world crumbled when my husband died after a long illness. Although we had time to plan, the Will was challenged, and I found myself in the midst of grief, trying to cope while also caring for my four children and a grandchild who lived with us. Just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, Paula was there — morning, noon, and night. With kindness, honesty, and a straightforward approach, she helped pull me through one of the darkest periods of my life. She prepared me for every possible outcome, even the chance of losing, and supported me practically and emotionally every step of the way. Paula even guided me back into work — something that gave me purpose, routine, and strength when I needed it most. That alone was life-changing, and if everything else had gone wrong, at least I would have had something to hold onto. I will always be deeply grateful for the care and professionalism shown by Paula and her team. They made a lasting difference to my life.
