Terrible customer service, stay clear.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a heat pump (€5000) ten days ago, was told it would be delivered on the 3rd or 4th of July. I was told I would get another email once it was dispatched. Still no email on the 2nd of July so I emailed asking what was going on. I was told it wasn't dispatched as the were waiting for a part (wired controller). They asked if I wanted the rest of the heat pump delivered. I replied saying yes and asked when it would be delivered and when they were expecting the controller to be in stock. Didn't get an answer to either question, heat pump still hasn't been dispatched and I'm getting to reply to emails. No contact phone number. Terrible customer service. Stay well clear of this company

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, was told wood would be delivered in ten days. Was still waiting 6 weeks later and kept being moved from one person to another. Was told wood needed to be ordered in, I said fine and waited another two weeks. When it arrived in the warehouse I was told it was the wrong length. Then they delivered the wrong length and I was asked 'could you not just use that length'. I explained the wood needed to travel from one concrete post to another so it had to be a certain length. Despite this I was asked the same question about 5 times. Was told again that the wood wasn't in stock and that it wouldn't be in for a considerable time. I rang another branch of the same company and they said they had plenty in stock and couldn't understand why the other branch hadn't just called them. Absolute shambles of a branch (ballymount)
