Urgent Complaint – Unfair Exit Fee, Poor Customer Service & Mental Distress
I’m very disappointed with SO Energy. You are demanding an exit fee I was never informed about, which is completely unfair. Your customer service is very bad — no proper help, only stress. I am under medical treatment, and your actions are seriously affecting my mental peace and damaging my credit.
