Horrible customer service
I have been trying to contact Loop Mobile continuously since I made the purchase of the phone, an iPhone SE. I have received NO response. I tried immediately to cancel the order, but that attempt was made too late so the phone arrived. Fine. Even so, I tried MANY TIMES to contact Loop Mobile to get you to send me a FedEx mailing label so. that I can send the phone back to you. I have received NO response from you. It is as if you do not have anyone in customer service. I do not want the phone that you sent to me. It is still in its original packaging. I am shocked at the horrible customer service.
