This is the worst product I’ve ever…

This is the worst product I’ve ever bought. Membrane lasts about a month and then blocks, as if like clockwork. First ones lasted six months, descaled and sanitised the system, umpteen times, but the customer service just says it’s the hard water in the area. Also when I was told to clean the valves that the water tank sits on, when I removed the cover, the screws that hold everything together, were completely rusted through. I have an extended warranty but all they could do was send me some spares in the post, for me to change. This I would’ve done, but the ones that are in the machine are so rusty, they have disintegrated and no screwdriver on earth will get them out. All this within a year of purchasing. Really fed up with them. Terrible company and customer service. Just pass the blame to the hard water in your area. I’d recommend avoiding and save yourselves £500.
