I ordered 13kg patio gas last Monday…
I ordered 13kg patio gas last Monday and received a text on Thursday stating it would arrive on Friday between 10:30-13:45 - it is now Sunday and it still hasn't arrived. I spoke to a member of the online team and they could not update me on the status of the order and I was told to get in contact on Monday. There should be more communication and knowledge of where the product they are selling is as I have no clue where my order is.
