I ordered a garden gate (featheredge, treated) for £176 incl delivery. I guess I should've priced checked before I placed the order but I was horrified to find the exact same gate on amazon for £89.99 incl delivery. Having spoken to Huw Gray customer service they said the price was correct and to return the gate would cost £76.32. On Amazon I could of course return the item for free. So having paid nearly 2x the price I now effectively can't return it. I will avoid Huw gray from now on.
