Great tour company/Pricey
I love ACIS. The problem I'm finding is that the prices are just too high for my students and demographic. I hate to have to use another tour company, but I will most likely be doing so to help with cost. The only other issue I have is with their call center. I have done two trips with ACIS. Parents have called the phone line and almost every single parent has expressed that the person on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Don't be rude to people paying you several thousand dollars. This is not good business practice. Everything else was amazing: the hotels, food, our agent, the tour guide and our transportation.
