The ice packs were melted and the meat was warm when arrived. I was home and received the box immediately so it did not sit outside. Thankfully I ordered cured and smoked beef bacon so the product was okay, I immediately put it in the freezer. On a much more positive not, the beef bacon tastes delicious and I will be ordering again.
