I AM UNABLE TO USE MY BALANCE
Edit: Here is my number : +46 76 751 71 31 Hey! I have 440.00 SEK balance on my account and tried to get a "Long Term Top-up". I tried to get one of them for 6 months online, the total price was 430 SEK. However I got a warning and the warning was saying "Please contact with customer services". I called customer services twice and talked almost 1 hour. I explained the situation however they said me that "We don't know what the problem is , I think you have a technical problem". If there is a techical problem, I am not the person who will solve that problem right, you will solve this. (Even thoug it was not funny, I laughed). They didnt help me and didnt solve my problem.
