Advice appreciated
My Support Ticket 00237386 was responded to promptly by Ruby who left a call-back message, and then by Lucy who explained the problem very clearly to my satisfaction. I had been completely baffled by the conflicting data usage reports on the Wessex Internet portal. Lucy explained that there was an ongoing technical issue with the portal but was able to give me an up to date reading of my data usage. It is a pity that Wessex Internet didn’t advise of the problem with the portal when it first occurred.
