I’m having a great and positive experience with Cardia Health. Kristen is the best health coach. She is very caring, understanding all while pushing you to do your best. She always advocates on my behalf with my health providers and goes above and beyond to help you succeed in your health. She always listens and helps me make decisions with my heart health. The exercises are made to work you but also helps you control your breathing while exercising. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
