Awful company to deal with. Bought a shirt from this site 26/06 which unfortunately didn’t fit. I followed the returns policy and sent my item back recorded as suggested and also followed up with an email to let them know I would be sending the item back for return. They received the item back 03/07. The returns policy on their site states returns can take up to 30 working days. It’s now 02/09 2 MONTHS LATER!!!! and still nothing. Many emails sent asking them for an update but I’ve just been ignored. Avoid shopping with these guys at all costs because you will end up out of pocket. Next steps will be to arrive at the address the item was sent back to.
