Horrible experience
We had a flight booked for May 4. On April 23, the airline cancelled it. We followed all the necessary procedures for a refund. It has now be 119 days with no money returned. They keep saying it will be a couple of weeks. At 18 weeks and counting, that is well more than a "couple". I'm honestly fearful that we may never have this money returned and it's so frustrating trying to get a person to respond with some truthful information.
