Most Disgusting and Pathetic Service
Whom It May Concern, Hi I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the handling of my motor insurance claim following a hit-and-run incident that occurred on 9th November 2024. Despite repeated follow-ups via emails and phone calls, and having submitted all required documentation including a witness statement and supporting evidencee, my claim remains unresolved to date. This ongoing delay, stretching over several months, is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Zurich's commitment to its customers. The lack of communication and failure to progress my claim has caused me significant inconvenience and distress. I have acted in full compliance and good faith throughout this process, yet I have received no resolution or even a meaningful update on the status of my case. If I do not receive a clear response with a resolution or a confirmed date for repair approval within the next 5 working days, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter formally. This includes lodging a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service and seeking legal advice to pursue a case against Zurich Motor Insurance for breach of responsibility and undue delay. I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I expect to hear back from you without further delay. I have provided all the evidence and witness statement but these incompetent people are not doing anything. Disgusting and pathetic service.
