NEVER USE AGAIN
NEVER USE AGAIN, OR RECOMMEND. Totally unprofessional in customer service and care, ask to raise an official complaint and I was told by email they don't offer complaint numbers or logs, asked to be passed to the MD, no luck there either. Damaged items, without responsibility or ownership taken just we can send some more. This I would have expected at least. The whole experience and effort to get what you paid for and to try highlight their process errors, so they could improve, has left me ensuring I will never use or recommend this company EVER AGAIN. Been a new customer that spends nearly £200 and get this type of service is shamefully disgraceful, and not what I would in my opinion consider professional. This review has be written due to lack of resolve, despite EZ been given several times to do so. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not alone, read the reviews carefully and make your own mind up, this is only my experience and opinion.
