Good luck - scam!
You get charged $100 a year for "Premium" service and when the surprise charge pops up, contacting them does nothing. This happened to me last year. And I just got charged AGAIN. They (again) sent an email saying they will not issue a refund but will deactivate the auto-renewal. Then THEY DON'T DEACTIVATE. I checked today - had to go in and manually deactivate and add the precaution of removing the payment method. Crooked business ethics. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this company like the plague. You can purchase a handheld reader for less than the cost of one year of this "premium" subscription. In the end, this can cost you hundreds of dollars for essentially nothing.
