Dropped my car off for a clean while i did some shopping. Get a call 10 minuets later to be told they had locked my car keys inside my car. Then while they are trying to get my door open they proceeded to tell me its my fault because i have central locking. I have 2 young kids, what they would have seen from the car seats. Hence why central locking is on. As professionals they should take extra care in case things like this happen. Instead they would rather blame the customer. Luckily we were able to get it open. But I'm horrified by their behavior and blame. Cherry on top of the cake? My car came out looking worse then it did when it went in.
